Penarol fullback Guillermo Varela is on the brink of signing for Manchester United. Varela travelled to England on Wednesday to sign for United, says El Observador.
The 20-year-old right-back is said to be tying up the move from Penarol before representing Uruguay in the Under-20 World Cup. The fee will reportedly rise depending on the number of games he plays in the Barclays Premier League.
