Villarreal coach Manuel Pellegrini admits he's unsure of his future beyond the end of this season.

Pellegrini's agent has this week revealed contact with Chelsea, while the Chilean has also been linked with Newcastle United in the Spanish press.

Asked about the interest from Premiership clubs, Pellegrini said last night: "I have not talked about the future with my agent.

"Usually a cycle lasts three years. Now, I am not quite clear whether my cycle here will be completed by this season or whether I could go further."
