Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is targeting a triple title tilt.
The champions launched their defence in winning style at Newcastle yesterday. And the Chilean insisted there is no reason why his side cannot make it three titles in four seasons.
He said: "We attitude as we showed today and the same hunger for glory that we have started the season to have a chance.
"I am sure this squad can fight for the title again but we will see at the end of the season.
"It is always important to start with a win, especially when you have to play at a difficult place as St James' Park so I am very happy."
