Graziano Pelle says a record points haul for Southampton isn't enough this season.
Last Saturday's 2-2 draw against Spurs took Ronald Koeman's side to 57 points, ensuring this has been the club's best ever campaign since the current top-flight came into existence in 1992.
"For us, we want to make something special," Pelle told the Daily Echo.
"As points, we went already on top of the last year - it's a new record for Southampton - but for us it's not enough.
"It's not just about being better than what we did last year.
"It's something for which the supporters [will be] really happy, not easy to forget and will stay always in the memory. We have to try to fight until the very end.
"There are still four games, 12 points."
