Brazilian football legend Pele has insisted that Santos young gun Neymar is not ready to move to England.
The 18-year old is being heavily linked with a move to champions Chelsea and is reportedly deciding on whether he should make the plunge to join the Premier League.
But Pele is of firm belief that Neymar is not yet ready for England and should re-think his immediate future.
"He is not prepared to play in England," the three-time World Cup winner said.
