Barcelona winger Pedro says it's sad for everyone at the club to see coach Pep Guardiola leaving.
Pedro has paid tribute to Pep Guardiola, who is leaving his position as Barcelona coach at the end of the season to be replaced by his assistant Tito Vilanova.
He added: "The news about Pep's departure was somewhat painful for everyone, nobody expected it, but it's a decision that we must respect.
"I want to thank him for everything he has taught me and for giving me the opportunity to live the dream of playing in the first team. I wish him the best in whatever he does. I know he's a great coach."
Regarding the appointment of Vilanova, Pedro said: "Tito has some very similar ideas to Pep. It's fantastic news. We are all with him."
