Barcelona winger Pedro Rodriguez is confident of his place in new coach Luis Enrique's plans.

Pedro admits speaking with sports director Andoni Zubizarreta about his future earlier this summer.

"The Club has confidence and faith in me," he said.

"I've worked under Luis Enrique before, he knows me and he knows what I can bring.

"That was important in keeping me at the Club which has given me everything."
