Morten Gamst Pedersen insists Blackburn Rovers players believe in underfire manager Paul Ince.
After defeat to Liverpool on Saturday, Pedersen said: "We can't think about everything that's written, we have to think about what we're doing on the pitch.
"Everybody is different. I've had lots of managers - I had four at Tromso and three here, four with [caretaker] Tony Parkes, and every one is different.
"He's at training every day. You see what he's done in his career, he's been at big clubs and he puts those things into the team. If I'm a manager, maybe I'd like to do something this way and Incey will like to do it another way.
"Against Liverpool we had a game-plan and we followed it all the way. It didn't succeed for us but we were unlucky. If we had won, people would say 'what a turnaround'. We have to work hard and we believe we can do that next week."
