Blackburn Rovers have edged ahead of Liverpool in the race for a top-four finish and Morten Gamst Pedersen warned they intend staying there ahead of today's clash.

"Liverpool will be fighting for a Champions' League place at the end of the season but so will we," said the winger.

"Two years ago we were just two points away from qualifying and it is a possibility for us again. We are in a good position and if we can maintain our form there is a chance."
