Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson paid tribute to his staff after winning the Manager of the Month for April.
Pearson earned the award thanks to the Foxes' dramatic recovery which has given them real hope of beating the drop.
He said: "I am flattered. It is very pleasing but of course it is not about it being one person.
"I am always very conscious of the support I get from the staff and players alike. It is nice to pick up awards but there is a bigger picture and I never forget that.
"It is important we pigeon hole that now and get back to what is really important and that is trying to get three points on Saturday."
