Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson feels the fans are still with him.
Pearson, who aimed a foul-mouthed volley at a supporter during last Tuesday's home defeat to Liverpool, oversaw last night's defeat at Aston Villa.
The travelling supporters chanted Pearson's during the Villa game and he admitted he was grateful for the response.
"I'd rather it be like that than any other way," he said. "I appreciate their frustrations and hope they stick with the side.
"You can see the players care. I would never want to cause offence to our fans as a group. They've been very supportive."
