Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson is delighted with the spirit inside his squad.
Pearson is renowned for his man management and has very little tolerance for anyone that disrupts the harmony within his squad.
"There is a more positive culture around the place now and it is important we try to build on that," Pearson told the Leicester Mercury.
"That is not just to say I just want to sign angels. I want players who are going to make us more capable of winning games.
"People have similar goals. We have a group of players here now who trust each other. I don't expect any one individual to be happy when they are not playing. I want players to be ambitious themselves.
"But you need to have players who are prepared to support each other. It is all right when you are playing and someone else isn't, but the onus is always on the players who aren't playing to try to maintain those standards."
