Sampdoria's newly signed striker Giampaolo Pazzini has been left with a bitter taste in his mouth after the weekend loss to Palermo. Pazzini, making his debut after moving from Fiorentina, was part of a Sampdoria team which has now lost three consecutive Serie A matches.

"It was a bad match, things went against us," Pazzini told Rai's TG2.

"I spoke with the fans, they aren't happy with our situation and we players aren't happy either. We will try to do better."
