AC Milan striker Giampaolo Pazzini admits former coach Clarence Seedorf clashed with several players last season.
For Pazzini, the rumours of difficulties between Seedorf and staff at the club are not wide of the mark.
"There have been problems in the relationships with various people," the 29-year-old said.
"It is shame that a situation like this has come about. What has come out is not all that has happened.
"Clarence's mistakes? Without results there was a lot of effort. It is not easy to be a Coach. We are very disappointed for how the season ended, whilst in football you have to look forward.
"We hope to have a good preseason ahead of a beautiful season next year."
