Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko has no regrets moving to the London giants, despite him now declaring he wants out.
Pavlyuchenko denied his time at White Hart Lane had been wasted.
He said: "Of course not. In my first year there I played a lot, scored often and was successful with my national team.
"I had an insight into English football which helped me to understand a lot of new things.
"It was a good experience, although not always positive, which is going to be useful for me in the future.
"So I do not have any regrets. But my present situation doesn't suit me."
