Chelsea defender Patrick van Aanholt has won a new contract extension.
The 18 year-old former PSV Eindhoven trainee has signed a new three-year contract extension with the Blues.
Along with Van Aanholt, Chelsea also have fellow Dutchman Jeffrey Bruma on the books.
