Alexandre Pato has passed his medical at AC Milan.

The Brazilian touched down on Italian soil at the weekend and was mobbed by photographers, but only met with the squad today after their return from a friendly tournament in Moscow.

"This is a dream come true," said 17-year-old Pato as he toured the Milanello training ground. "I do not feel as if I am a big transfer deal, though."

Pato was given his medical yesterday morning, had lunch with the team - including his hero Ronaldo - before undergoing thorough tests in the Milan Lab.
