Alexandre Pato was delighted to get on the scoresheet in AC Milan's victory over FC Zurich. The Brazil international struck in Milan's 3-1 UEFA Cup win and said: "I'm happy with the goal, but at the same time very happy because the team did well and won.
"When I score I'm always happy because I like playing for a great team and a great family like Milan.
"I'm learning from great champions like Sheva (Andriy Shevchenko). He's teaching me where to run on the field and we're developing a good understanding.
"I'm ready to play when the coach (Carlo Ancelotti) asks me."
Clarence Seedorf also said: "Milan played an excellent match, the spirit is right and we saw this during the game.
"In training I see commitment and intensity. Against Genoa we failed to put this into practice, but last night we did."
