AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato has revealed coach Max Allegri has instilled great team spirit inside the dressing room.
The Rossoneri are currently top of the Serie A standings.
Pato said: "The Coach deserves to be at Milan, as he is a great manager and we are all happy. He talks to everybody and helps them all out. Allegri knows how to motivate the players, even those who have already won everything.
"We are united and a real team. We want to win for him. I do what he asks me to, which is to sacrifice myself to help the side."
