Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado insists Jose Mourinho has impacted him positively since his arrival at Stamford Bridge.
The Colombia international joined the west London club from Italian outfit Fiorentina on deadline day of the winter transfer window in a £27million deal.
?Cuadrado has not yet hit the heights expected of him but he feels he has nobody better to learn from than Blues boss Mourinho who acts as a paternal figure to the playing group.
?"Mourinho has impacted me [for good]. He is an excellent person," Cuadrado told Win Sport.
?"With the media, during the interviews, he is a different person but with the players is like a father.
?"He told me that besides attacking I need to mark the rivals but I am used to it.
?"In Italy, [Vincenzo] Montella also told me that I had to defend, not just attack."?
