Pastore rejected bigger offers to make Palermo move

Former Huracan midfielder Javier Pastore rejected bigger offers to join Palermo.

"I received an offer of 10m Euros for Pastore but the player isn't interested so much in money as he wants to be transferred to a team where he can play and grow up," said agent Marcelo Simonian last month.

"We want the correct team and project."

He seems to have found that in Palermo, according to President Maurizio Zamparini.

"Pastore will be with us for pre-season training from July 20. As for the rest, we have sold [Andrea] Raggi to Bologna," said the patron.
