Pastore hints at final season as Palermo player

Javier Pastore has hinted the coming season could be his last at Palermo.

The Argentine midfielder is being tracked by bigger clubs, including Chelsea and Real Madrid.

Pastore said: “I don’t know if next season will be my last at Palermo. Right now, I am not thinking about anything. I am calm here and I am motivated.

“The Europa League is an important competition. I want to do well with Palermo. I want to win both derby matches. I ask Palermo’s fans to be calm ahead of the new season.

“Inter are the favourites but we will do everything to be at the top.”
