Partizan Belgrade midfielder Radoslav Petrovic says he is looking forward to be making the move to the English Premier League.
The 22-year old Serbia international just needs an international transfer certificate for his move to Blackburn Rovers to be complete and cannot wait until it is all sorted.
"I'm extremely happy to have agreed everything and know it will be a nervous couple of weeks until the work permit panel," he told skysports.com. "But I hope that everything will be okay.
"I want to thank Partizan and Blackburn for making this happen, and thank you also to all the Partizan fans."
He added: "I'm looking forward to starting the next stage of my career and playing in the Premier League."
