Partizan Belgrade goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic feels for Arsenal counterpart Manuel Almunia.

Stojkovic has every sympathy for Gunners' blunder keeper Almunia, absent tonight with elbow trouble, after his shocker against West Brom on Saturday.

The Partizan stopper experienced four jittery games for Wigan, who decided against taking him on a full-time basis.

He said: "It can be very hard being a keeper.

"I've suffered moments like Almunia did against West Brom and know how he feels. But he's a good player and we are confident in his absence."
