Partizan Belgrade insist Stevan Jovetic has not been sold to any club.

Manchester United and Manchester City are chasing the youngster, while Juventus were linked with Jovetic over the weekend.

"It is the first time I have heard about Juve being interested," general secretary Goran Petric told Serbian daily Sport. "I really don't know who is behind it, that information did not come from me and it is not true."

Partizan president Tomislav Karadzic added: "He is not for sale until the end of 2008 and that does not mean he will sign a pre-contract with anyone in the spring."
