Liverpool chief Rick Parry insists manager Rafa Benitez's transfer budget won't be affected by any refinancing deal forced upon the club's American owners.

Parry said: "We are fine. It will have no impact on the transfer window.

"There is a budget for Rafa Benitez.

"If we have to do business, we will. If it's do-able, we will do it."
