Parma winger Marco Parolo is chasing a place in Italy's World Cup squad.

Parolo has been outstanding for Parma this season.

"The World Cup? I can't do more than what I am currently doing," stated the 28-year-old after he netted in the 3-3 draw with Inter Milan.

"I have to just continue on this road and I want to make it as difficult as possible for Prandelli when it comes to picking his squad."
