Parma insist they have a deal for Chelsea striker Fabio Borini.
The Italy U21 international helped Swansea City to Premier League promotion yesterday.
Swansea want to keep hold of Borini, but Parma chief Pietro Leonardi told Sky Italia: "We are very close to completing the transfer of Borini.
"It is only a matter of details before we wrap up the deal."
