Parma striker Alberto Paloschi has explained why he broke down in tears after suffering an injury against Lazio last week.
Paloschi, 20, has managed just nine appearances this season.
He said: "I always look forward. The crying on the pitch was a natural reaction to my third injury lay-off of the season. I wasn't afraid, but very angry.
"I have grown 5cm in a year. I am now six feet tall and the sudden growth spurt has caused muscle problems.
"Then I underwent tests for food intolerances. I had some of my teeth taken out on recommendation and also got a gum shield fitted that I will use in training and games.
"In short, there's not much else I can do. And I should play again by the end of April."
