Parma have swooped for Padova midfielder Paolo Baccolo.
The 19 year-old joins Parma in co-ownership on a contract to 2014, with striker Daniele Vantaggiato moving in the opposite direction on similar terms.
Parma chief Pietro Leonardi has been tracking Baccolo since the end of last season.
