Parma have signed Jonathan Biabiany outright from Sampdoria.
The striker had been co-owned by the two clubs.
"Parma FC communicate that it has resolved the co-ownership agreement in its favour regarding the attacker Jonathan Biabiany with UC Sampdoria," a statement by the Gialloblu reads.
