Parma sale terms agreed with Russian-Cypriot consortium

Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi has agreed terms over the sale of the club.

Ghirardi has been in talks for some weeks with a Russian-Cypriot consortium over the sale of the club.

It's emerged today that a price has been agreed and contracts will be signed in the coming hours, says Sky Italia.

Parma are expected to be sold for around €5 million, with the new owners also taking on their €8 million debts.

The Ducali currently sit bottom of the Serie A table.
