Sebastian Giovinco can become a top player at Chelsea according to his agent.
The 25-year old Parma forward has impressed in the Serie A this season and his representative, Andrea D'Amico, feels he could become the next Gianfranco Zola at Samford Bridge.
"He would become the new Zola over there.""If I were Roman Abramovich, I would take Giovinco to Chelsea," D'Amico told Tuttosport.
