Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi is demanding big money for Ishak Belfodil.

The striker has been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool.

"We turned down an offer from a foreign side last week because we considered it as too low," Ghirardi said.

"We rejected €11m at the start of the year so he won't be leaving for anything less than that."
