Parma president Giampietro Manenti insists the crisis club doesn't need help to complete the season.
Manenti is adamant they have resources to continue playing.
"I don't expect anything from the Lega and FIGC, we don't want help, we'll move forward under our own strength.
"If the regulations don't require intervention from the Lega, then there must not be any.
"In principle, I'll meet with [Parma's] mayor Pizzarotti, but I won't take the accounts to court, we still have a workable plan to save Parma.
"The match? Parma will play on Sunday, no problem."
