Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi admits coach Mimmo Di Carlo must start winning if he is to save his job.
"We played well for the opening 25 minutes, then conceded a goal and the entire team just disappeared. This is disconcerting.
"The Coach has my faith, but dammit we need to turn this around fast!
"The tactician has responsibility for the team. I will put pressure on him to give different orders. We need more grit and character. The players are there - I know because I pay 25 sets of wages."
