Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi is keen to hold onto Juventus pair Sebastian Giovinco and Amauri.
Parma survived the drop this season with the help of Giovinco and Amauri, two players who joined them on loan from Juventus.
"Giovinco will stay here," the official said whose club do have the option to buy a 50 per cent stake in the attacker for 3.5m.
"As for Amauri, we'll have to discuss the issue with Juventus."
