Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi has put coach Mimmo Di Carlo on notice after last night's defeat at Lazio.

He snapped: "I am bitter and disappointed, on Tuesday or Wednesday I'll speak with the coaching team about why the same problems are continually being repeated, we can no longer talk about bad luck.

"We do not need more players, the squad has already too many. Perhaps we lack leadership."
