Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi believes they face a losing battle trying to keep hold of coach Francesco Guidolin.

Guidolin has stated he intends to stay with Parma.

But Ghirardi admits: "We need to both agree. We'll see if the Coach expresses a desire to change. Only then will I consider him free."
