Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi insists coach Mimmo Di Carlo's job is safe, despite yesterday's disappointing 2-2 draw with struggling Siena.

Ghirardi said: "Di Carlo is not in any danger, I've given him some confidence in the most difficult moments.

"This team has not been very successful, although it is wrong to talk about luck and bad luck because the wheel turns, but the team is alive, it is, although it is a shame to have lost two points today.
