Parma president Ghirardi confident Leonardi won't be tempted by Fiorentina

Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi is happy with rumours linking sports director Pietro Leonardi with Fiorentina.

Ghirardi is confident of keeping the highly rated transfers guru.

“These rumours are something to be proud of as it shows he is doing a good job,” said the owner.

“As far as I am aware they are just voices. If that wasn’t the case then I would like to be informed directly. A telephone call between gentlemen would be welcomed.”
