Parma are keeping hold of fullback Luca Antonelli.
Antonelli was expected to sign with Inter Milan in a co-ownership deal.
"We have an excellent relationship with Inter," Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi told SkySport24.
"We did have a chat about Antonelli and were meant to discuss the deal today. However, I thought about it all night and I changed my mind.
"I have now decided that he is no longer up for sale. I am proud that he has been linked to clubs like Lazio, Juve and Inter, but I spoke directly to him and he said he would be happy to stay here.
"Thanks to all parties interested but I am keeping him, he is an important gamble for the future.
"I didn't shake the Nerazzurri directors hands, otherwise he would have been sold by now."
