Penarol right-back Matias Aguirregaray is set to join Parma.
Parma have reportedly snapped up Aguirregaray on a pre-contract agreement.
Agent Paolo Montero confirmed the news to Radio Sport 890 and has strong links with Serie A, having played for Atalanta and Juventus.
Aguirregaray also boasts a European passport.
