Parma have struck a double signing with Inter Milan.
Inter midfielder Nwankwo Obiorah moves to Parma for the remainder of the season in co-ownership.
And they have also signed Joel Obi in co-ownership with Inter, though the youngster will stay with the European champs.
Both players are 19 years of age.
