Parma coach Donadoni slams Cassano over walk out

Parma boss Roberto Donadoni blasted Antonio Cassano after their Coppa Italia defeat to Juventus.

Cassano left Parma earlier this week by mutual consent over unpaid wages.

Donadoni rapped: "It takes more dignity to stay in the saddle than to quit. It's easy for me to say I'll leave because I don't get paid or because I have other offers. The only thing that really makes sense is doing your duty all the way.

"People mustn't think only of themselves, that is cowardly and hypocritical behaviour. If today we fought on a par with Juventus, who are top of the table, then it means we can still challenge this season."
