Parma coach Franco Colomba is taking action against Raffaele Palladino for his reaction at being substituted on the weekend.
Having begun the game on the bench, Palladino entered their 0-0 draw with Cagliari on 20 minutes.
Palladino was then replaced at the 77th minute and did not hide his frustration, arguing with the Coach on the touchline.
“I took Palladino off because he has been injured for a long time and was starting to struggle,” explained Colomba.
“It’s not up to me to decide if he will be frozen out of the squad, but rather it’s a decision for the club.
“I’m used to this sort of thing and a similar incident happened last year. Unfortunately now certain attitudes are commonplace in football.”
