Parma boss Mimmo Di Carlo admits his job is on the line ahead of today's clash with relegation rivals Siena.

"I have called up all 23 players at my disposal, so I will only make my decision on the starting XI at the last minute," said Di Carlo.

"Everything is possible and everyone must remain alert. I'll talk it over with the medical staff and decide who is in the best shape or needs to go to the stands."
