Parma midfielder Sebastian Giovinco has rejected an offer from Rubin Kazan.
Sky Sport Italia says Rubin Kazan proposed 20m to take Giovinco to Russia.
However, the player made it clear he has no intention of leaving Serie A just as his career is taking off.
