Scott Parker says none of West Ham United's senior players are hiding.
The midfielder was outstanding in their 5-3 win over Burnley.
Parker, 29, said: "You get to a point in your career where you are known as an upcoming kid and then you play a certain amount of games and with that comes experience.
"You get wiser and you realise what do to and what not to. That is the case here. The senior players in our dressing room take it upon ourselves as we have young players in the squad that are new to it all.
"We are all trying to do our best to chip in. We just need to keep going and be positive. After a 5-3 victory we need to do that."
