Parker believes 'small steps' are needed in order for the club to progress and reckons Jol puts pressure on himself to push the team on.
He told the Fulham Chronicle: "I think, like anyone, the manager puts pressure on himself. We all do really. We all want to get the results and we're striving to get them.
"I'm sure if we carry on the way we're going and we keep improving [we'll be okay]. There's vast improvements week-in-week-out. Hopefully, if we keep taking it in small steps, the results will come."
